Core Health Training is a service that is designed to suit your personal wants and needs. Each individual will need something unique to help them find a healthier lifestyle.

Here are a few options of types of courses available. Take a look, and remember that within reason, all courses are flexible in their implementation. Each course is a basic structure, which will be be tailored to you.

WEEKEND RETREATS

​

Friday - Sunday     £150 

Take some time out from your busy schedule to enjoy the Julian Alps at their fullest. Our instructors will take you on a journey of self exploration, finding the most beautiful spots in the Boca Valley. Be prepared to have your fitness tested on this course also! Enjoy stunning views and fresh air, experience the outdoors in a refreshing new way.​​

WEEKEND INTENSIVE

Friday - Sunday     £200

This course is designed to test your fitness more than the retreat. Whilst still experiencing the beautiful Soca Valley, be prepared for demanding hikes, climbs and some rigorous fitness work indoors. Outdoor activities such as Rafting, Caving and Via Ferrata will be included in this package.

7 DAY INTENSIVE

Monday - Sunday     £350

This course is an extension of the Weekend Intensive, with a view to address nutritional routines as well. This is where you will begin to experience a healthy lifestyle and the effects it can have on your life. A variety of outdoor activities are available, be prepared for anything!! Your instructor will be looking to help you establish positive daily routines that you can take home into your everyday life.​

6 WEEK REHABILITATION COURSE

​2 weeks of training in Slovenia

4 weeks via online correspondence                   £800

For those seeking to make a significant lifestyle change, this is the course you should be looking for. Through a progressive dietary and exercise plan, you will learn how to improve your lifestyle. The course promotes independence by training with you for one week, then setting you an exercise and diet plan for 4 weeks (with online support and assistance), then revisiting the instructor for a higher intensity week training in the mountains.​

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

 1.5 Hours  -  £20​

Single personal training sessions are available if you are limited for time (a course of training is more highly recommended to achieve sustainable results). This will involve a basic assessment upon meeting, so allow an extra hour for the first session. Whatever your needs or existing training regime, each session will be designed specifically for you.​​

MARTIAL ARTS COURSES

1.5 Hours  -  £20​

If you wish to come and visit, do your own thing and take martial arts lessons throughout your stay, then this is another option for you. Train in an idyllic environment, learning the basics or honing your skills. This can be undertaken strictly for self-defence purposes, or in a holistic Way, embracing the bridge between the Eastern and Western cultures.
